This retreat is a collaborative event, with a variety of facilitators leading sessions over the course of the weekend. This includes mindfulness, Qi Gong, laughter yoga, pilates, kundalini yoga and a sound journey. If you are a facilitator, and would like to come along and offer something, please do get in touch.
How much silence do we truly have in our lives? Our silent day retreat allows us to rest from the busyness in our everyday lives. Silence gives our minds and bodies a chance to recuperate and settle. We can take away the worrying about what to say and how to say it, and enjoy the peace that this can bring.
During the morning we will be sharing a variety of mindfulness practices, and talking a little bit about how mindfulness can be integrated into daily life. We will also share some refreshments together (eaten mindfully, of course!).
