4-week: Mindfulness - Focusing on the Four Elements - The Yoga Tree, Stirling

Do you feel disconnected from the world around you? Often feel alienated and separate from the natural world? The way we live our lives in our technological world often leads us to feel as if we have no links to nature. However, we can start to appreciate this connection by noticing how everything is interrelated.

Join us as we explore the four elements: air, earth, water, and fire through the practice of mindfulness. We can truly tune into how interconnected everything is, when looking through the lens of mindfulness. Each of the elements is essential to our survival, each one contains its own unique properties. By tuning into nature in this way we can discover how connected we are to the rest of the world. Focusing on nature can also help us to appreciate impermanence and can help us improve our ability to let go.

We will have one week devoted to each element:

Tuesday 9th April: Air
Tuesday 16th April: Earth
Tuesday 23rd April: Water
Tuesday 30th April: Fire

Each of the sessions will run from 7.30-8.30pm. It's £30 to book for the 4 weeks, or each session can be attended individually for £10. Pre-booking is essential, to ensure your place. Please do contact me to book in for an individual session - email details are included below.

Don't worry if you don't have any experience in Mindfulness, this course is suitable both for beginners and regular practitioners. Please wear comfortable clothing. Meditation cushions and yoga mats are provided, although you may wish to bring along your own. Bring a blanket to use during the relaxation that we will have at the end of every session, this will help keep you cosy.
