This 3-week course will focus on mindful communication - how we can bring a mindfulness focus into our relationships. If we practice mindfulness, what effects might there be on those around us? We look at mindful speech and deep listening, and consider how to bring these into our daily lives.
The course is £25. For concessions (OAPS and students) this price is £20. Please only select this rate if you fall into one of these categories. Please don't let cost put you off, I am able to offer subsidised places - contact me on email@example.com to discuss further.
This course is suitable both for beginners and experienced practitioners, although having some understanding of mindfulness will be useful.
Cushions, chairs and some blankets will be provided. You may wish to bring your own blanket for additional comfort, and bring along thicker socks or slippers as we will have our shoes off. People sometimes find a notebook helpful, for personal journaling.
