This is a regular session - the second Saturday of the month, 10am-12pm in The Yoga Tree, Stirling. This month Phil is taking the session, and will be sharing some Qi Gong movements as well as some mindful meditations.
Two hours really gives us an opportunity to sink into our practice. What better way to start a weekend?
These sessions are open to everyone, from beginners to experienced practitioners. Qi Gong has a powerful effect on the whole of the body and mind. Every Qi Gong exercise has an effect on the whole energetic system, allowing energy (qi) to flow freely. It is possible to practice Qi Gong with mobility difficulties - each posture can be adapted, and it is feasible to practice whilst sitting on a chair.
Meditation cushions and yoga mats are provided, although if you have your own you may wish to bring them for extra comfort. Please wear clothing that is comfortable for movement.
