This is the first week of a 5 week course - An Introduction to Mindfulness and can be attended on an individual basis.
This session will focus on introducing mindfulness, including a brief discussion on what mindfulness is and how it can be useful. We will look at how to get out of auto-pilot – pausing and breathing during the day.
The session will contain a variety of mindful practices, with some discussion about what mindfulness is, how it can be useful, and how to use it in everyday life. There will also be a detailed hand-out, emailed after the session which will have some suggested audio practices to use at home.
