Yoga & Mindfulness Day Retreat

A Day in late summer to enjoy a blend of yoga and mindfulness practices.
Your hosts for the day will be Susie Hooper of Pause & Breathe and Lindsey Porter of Yoganuu. Susie and Lindsey have run a number of successful evening yoga and mindfulness sessions over the past few years - and now offering a full day of these nourishing and rejuvenating practices.
Our theme for the day will be around the 4 elements of air/ether, fire, water & earth.

Cost £80 per person Conc’s £60
Includes all activities and wholesome lunch and refreshments/cakes.
Venue is at an exclusive charming private venue near Ratho on the conveniently located outskirts West of Edinburgh.
Yoga will take place in a studio setting, we will have access to the charming gardens of the venue and our own private recreational space.

Day to include;
- Yoga - physical and breathing based practices
- Mindfulness centred practices (in and out doors weather permitting)
- Yoga Nidra deep relaxation practice
- Wholesome home made lunch and refreshments
- Spending time in welcoming company in this lovely relaxing environment
