Join us once a month in the Yoga Tree, as we discuss books with a theme of wellbeing. This is an opportunity to get together, and to share thoughts over some hot drinks and biscuits. We may also have the time to share a mindfulness practice. The book club will meet on the first Wednesday of the month.
This month we are focusing on Thich Nhat Hanh. There may be a particular book that you'd like to bring along to talk about, an excerpt from some of his writings, or even just a quote. Thich Nhat Hanh has influenced secular mindfulness so much, it would be interesting to see what everyone brings along.
During the time we have together we may also have a mindfulness practice. This sometimes takes the form of a deep relaxation at the end of the session, setting you up for a good night's sleep when you return home.
