March Reflections

As March draws to a close, take some time out and reflect over the last month.  A monthly reflection is an opportunity to look at how you're doing, how you're feeling, and use that information to decide how your next month is going to be and what you are going to do.

With a monthly reflection, you'll develop more self-awareness around the choices you're making, the experiences you're having, and where your life is headed. You'll be amazed at how much slowing down and looking at what you've done will energise you to keep going.

When reflecting, consider the following:

  • Take some time to review your calendar or planner to refresh your memory on what you did over the last month.

  • Make a list of the goals or objectives you had set for yourself at the beginning of the month and evaluate how much progress you have made towards achieving them.

  • Reflect on your emotional and mental wellbeing. Did you experience any stress, anxiety, or other negative emotions? If so, what were the triggers, and how did you cope with them?

  • Finally, think about the things that went well in the past month and the things that didn't go as planned. Consider what you can learn from both successes and failures and how you can improve in the future.

Reflecting on your past month can help you identify areas for improvement and help you to make positive changes in your life.

Let us know, how did March go for you?

Take care,

Ashleigh
