Sheltered from the Rain Yoga Nidra - on Zoom

This Yoga Nidra is entitled "Sheltered from the Rain" - it invites you to take a step back from the storm raging around you, to hunker down and wait for it to pass. Often in times of difficulty we feel the need to face everything head on - and this can be exhausting. Sometimes we need to pick our battles more wisely. Our energy is finite - and we can choose where to expend it. In this Yoga Nidra we enjoy the art of stepping back, watching the storm rage from our safe haven.

Yoga Nidra is a deep relaxation meditation, designed to get you to that place between being awake and being asleep - where the magic can happen.
