Please read this page thoroughly and ensure that you agree with its contents before using our site. Our Terms & Conditions are subject to review and we reserve the right to update these terms without advance warning. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
BOOKINGS AND PAYMENT METHODS
A booking is confirmed once payment has been made. For most events, payment should be made in advance. Occasionally, payments can be made by installments e.g., for longer events, prior agreements must be made as to payment installments. By making a booking you confirm that you have read and accepted our Terms & Conditions.
Retreats may be subject to variations in these Terms & Conditions – if so, these will be provided at the time of booking.
Payments can be made directly to our bank, or Eventbrite’s booking system, for certain events.
Any online purchases using Eventbrite Payments are securely processed. Eventbrite Privacy Policies can be found here.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Payments made for Pause & Breathe sessions, courses, workshops, and day retreats are non-refundable. It may be possible to transfer payments to another event, but this is entirely at our discretion. Deposits are non-refundable.
THIRD-PARTIES
Our website may occasionally have links to third-party websites. Our own Terms & Conditions do not apply to these sites, and you should refer to their own pages for further information.
CHANGES TO SERVICES AND PRICES
Pause & Breathe reserve the right to make changes to our services without warning. This includes pricing and descriptions on the website.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND COPYRIGHTS
This service and all materials therein or transferred thereby, including, without limitation, software, images, text, graphics, logos, patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, photographs, audio, videos, music and all Intellectual Property Rights related thereto, are the exclusive property of Pause & Breathe. Except as explicitly provided herein, nothing in these Terms shall be deemed to create a license in or under any such Intellectual Property Rights, and in using this service you agree not to sell, license, rent, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, adapt, edit or create derivative works thereof.

Pause & Breathe are committed to safeguarding your online privacy. This statement is set out to outline how we make use of the information you submit to us. The terms contained on this page may be revised from time to time.
When you use our website, your personal information will be protected. We will not share or sell you personal information to third parties.
Where you have subscribed to receiving our newsletters, via our website or at one of our events, we may also send you reminders, updates and important announcements via email. You may withdraw from these communications at any time and your details will be removed from our marketing database.
When you complete forms and submit personal information to us, this information is used only within the company to provide you with the service you have requested. Part of these services may include sending you emails to enable us to administer the booking of service and keep you updated.
We will store your personal information on our secure systems until such time as we no longer deem them to be required. You may request at any time that your personal information be removed from our systems, and as long as there is no outstanding actions on any booking, we will be happy to do so.
MAILCHIMP
We use Mailchimp to store personal data and send newsletters to our clients. These newsletters occur around once a month. For the purposes of our email marketing we only use the email addresses of those who have given us express permission to use their email addresses for this purpose. As noted above this may have been through subscribing to our newsletter via our website or at one of our events. All emails collected for this purpose are stored in our Mailchimp database. If you have signed up to our email newsletters but wish to stop receiving them, you can unsubscribe at any time. To do this simply open one of the newsletters and click on the "Unsubscribe" link. IP ADDRESSES AND COOKIES
In using our website at www.pauseandbreathe.co.uk information may be collected about your computer, including where available your IP address, operating system and browser type, for system administration purposes. This is statistical data about users’ browsing actions and patterns, and does not identify any individual. For the same reason, we may obtain information about your internet usage by using a cookie file that is stored on the hard drive of your computer. Cookies contain information that is transferred to your computer's hard drive. They help us improve the website and deliver a better and more personalised service.
You may refuse to accept cookies by activating the setting on your browser that allows you to refuse the setting of cookies. However, if you select this setting you may be unable to access certain parts of our website.

These cookies are used by Google Analytics to collect information about how visitors use our site. We use the information to compile reports and to help us improve the site.
