Glimmers, Glows and Grounding

  • The Place to Pause & Breathe 83 Broomhill Road Bonnybridge, Scotland, FK4 2AT United Kingdom (map)

Our Friday Morning Wellbeing session this week will be "Glimmers, Glows and Grounding", held by Mags from Glimmering.

Join us for a playful workshop on glimmers, glows and grounding interwoven with some fairy tales and facts about nervous systems, Tension Release Exercises (TRE) and Polyvagal Theory.

As mammals we have a negativity bias for survival - which serves us well but leads us to rarely noticing or remembering even small moments of positive experience. Beginning to consciously notice these moments or “glimmers” can be a step towards building our resilience.

Please bring some cash for a donation. There's no set amount, and if you cannot afford to donate anything at all you're still very welcome to join us.

This session will be held on Friday 19th April from 10-11am. There's an invitation to stay until 11.30am for a cuppa, snack and a chat. Click here to book in.
