Friday Morning Wellbeing Sessions
Although the funding for our FREE Wellbeing sessions has come to an end, we’re still holding a session every Friday morning. This changes every week, and attendance is by donation. There’s no set amount for a donation, and even if you cannot afford to donate anything you’re still welcome to join us. See below for information about what’s coming up.

Latin Fit - Dance Class
This is a feelgood dance class aimed at all levels from beginner to more advanced. Learn a short dance routine to the infectious rhythms of popular Cuban and Latin music. This sessions combines Latin dance moves with some gentle aerobic exercises.
Chair Movement - Inspired by Circles and Spirals
Join us for an accessible, inclusive and shape oriented session involving chair based movement, there will be options to involve standing variations too.
