Mindfulness

We often find that our bodies and minds are disconnected – we are doing something on auto-pilot and our minds are away into the future or stuck in the past. However, the past is no longer there, the future is not here yet – there is only one moment in which life is available and that is the present moment. When we practice mindfulness, we bring both body and mind back to the present moment, so that we do not miss our appointment with life.

The art of Qi Gong is a holistic system of coordinated body-posture and movement, breathing, and meditation used for the purposes of health, spirituality, and martial-arts training.

We offer a range of complementary therapies - Reiki, EFT/TFT and Acupressure. If you're unsure what would suit you best, we can set up an individual consultation to match you with the best therapy for you.

Phil, our therapist is a Reiki Master and specialises in working with energy.

Pause & Breathe run regular wellbeing retreats, which offer the perfect way to deepen into practice away from daily distractions. They have offered a variety of retreats in the past, often collaborating with other wellbeing practitioners. They have led retreats in a variety of locations, including the well-known, and well-loved, Lendrick Lodge and on the Isle of Mull.
