An Introduction to Qi Gong: 6-Week Block - Bonnybridge

In this 6-week block we'll start with the Ba Duan Jin, also known as the 8 essential movements or the 8 brocades or silk brocades. They are gentle rhythmic movements, paired with the breath. They can be traced back nearly 2000 years. We will also practice some 5 elemts sets, to keep us in balance, with movements taken from Shibashi Level 1.
