Join us for a wellbeing walk. We know that being in nature can really boost our physical and mental health, yet it can be hard to get into a routine of going outside regularly.
It is free to join for the walks, which are being held bi-monthly by our volunteer Jonny. Dogs are welcome, as long as they can be in the company of other dogs.
Flower Moon Sauna & Circle (Lake of Mentieth)
We're heading outside to celebrate this month's full moon (the flower moon). Join me for a sauna and dip on the night of May's first Full Moon for a circle in the open air.
We'll start with the sauna and dipping - going between the sauna and Lake as many times as you'd like to. After the sauna we'll gather for a circle, with hot drinks and homemade snacks provided.

Our Craft Cafes are a space for relaxation and companionship. Come along and bring your craft to work on. If you haven't got anything to work on you could do some colouring in or papercraft or you may want to have a cuppa and a blether whilst watching others create. Unplugged & Grounded - FREE Session for Adults in Roughcastle Woods
Join us for a session for adults to have some fun in the woods!
During the morning you'll be learning fire-lighting skills, mastering the skills to get a spark from your flint steel using only natural resources. Then you'll be tapping into your creativity - using resources found on the woodland floor - creating our own happy memory to take home with you.

June’s yoga classes emphasise comfortable movement and are suitable for everyone. The approach is gentle with everyone working to their own ability. We use yoga postures as a framework to accommodate many healthy movement patterns but without ambition to arrive in a perfect yoga pose…….although we often incidentally do.

Bring your personality to this sustainable creative mirror workshop. Over the course of 2 hours, you will upcycle a simple IKEA wooden mirror frame using paint and layered paper techniques. By decorating the mirror edges, you will transform it into a stunning, colourful statement piece for your wall.

Bushcraft Apprentices: Survival of the Fittest - FREE Session for Kids in Roughcastle Woods
Bring your kids along for a fun session, learning bushcraft skills in Roughcastle woods.
In teams they will be taught how to build a survival shelter only using natural resources they've found in the woods, making them wind & waterproof to keep them safe warm and out of the Scottish elements.

Reiki Level 1 Training
Reiki is a safe, gentle, and relaxing healing method which can be learned and used easily by anyone.
Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by "laying on hands" and is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive.

Meeting the Season of Autumn Day Retreat at Jupiter Artland

Bees and Blooms: A FREE Mixed Media Recycled Textile Workshop- Bonnybridge
Come along and enjoy this tactile, hands-on workshop using recycled textile fragments to highlight the importance of bees in our natural eco system.
You will be shown how to strech a piece of textile onto an embroidery hoop as your canvas base. From there, you will begin assembling and layering beautiful hand cut fabric flowers and bees to create a botanical scene.

Sauna & Dip (Lake of Mentieth)
Join Susie & Phil for a Sauna & Dip experience. Yes - the water will be cold, but the sauna will be hot! This is a great time of year to really experience the benefit of hot/cold therapy. You are in complete control of how long you spend in the water (and you don't have to go in at all).
