Welcoming Spring Afternoon Retreat in the Salt Caves
Join me for a special afternoon retreat, held in the Salt Caves.
We'll have some gentle movement together, a Yoga Nidra and some time to enjoy a silent meditation in the amazing atmosphere of the salt caves. This afternoon is themed around welcoming Spring. We'll end with an afternoon tea together (dietary requirements can be catered for - please check with us if you're unsure).
Sauna & Dip (Lake of Mentieth)
Join Susie & Phil for a Sauna & Dip experience. Yes - the water will be cold, but the sauna will be hot! This is a great time of year to really experience the benefit of hot/cold therapy. You are in complete control of how long you spend in the water (and you don't have to go in at all).
Wellbeing Walk
Join us for a wellbeing walk. We know that being in nature can really boost our physical and mental health, yet it can be hard to get into a routine of going outside regularly.
It is free to join for the walks, which are being held bi-monthly by our volunteer Jonny. Dogs are welcome, as long as they can be in the company of other dogs.
Coffee Afternoon - Bonnybridge
Join us for a monthly Coffee Afternoon - a time to get together to socialise over a hot drink and some cake.
Our monthly Coffee Afternoon is held on the third Thursday of every month, by our volunteer Lee.
Hot drinks and cake provided.
Join us from 1.30-2.30pm. This is free to attend, although donations towards our costs are welcomed.

Our Craft Cafes are a space for relaxation and companionship. Come along and bring your craft to work on. If you haven't got anything to work on you could do some colouring in or papercraft or you may want to have a cuppa and a blether whilst watching others create. We will have some crafting materials available for a donation.

Rising Softly: A Spring Yoga Nidra - on Zoom
Spring is no longer just beginning, it is moving. Beneath the surface, energy is gathering. Sap is rising. Roots are holding firm while new growth stretches upward.
This Yoga Nidra is an invitation to rest into that same quiet power within yourself. Not striving. Not forcing. But allowing strength to rise gently from the inside out. A practice of deep rest and quiet awakening.
Pink Moon Rest Circle - Bonnybridge
Explore the themes of this full moon, followed by a Yoga Nidra (deep relaxation meditation) themed around this moon. The April full moon is a time of renewal, rebirth, and growth, echoing the themes of spring. Just as the earth awakens from its winter slumber, this lunation invites us to embrace fresh beginnings and nurture our personal growth. These themes will be developed in the Yoga Nidra.

Mindfulness Foraging Walk: Kinneil Estate
Join us for a Mindful Foraging Walk, celebrating the gifts that Spring has to offer.
We'll start with a Mindful Walk around the Kinneil Estate in Bo'ness, before moving to pick some wild garlic which we'll use to make some pesto. We'll enjoy this together with home-made oatcakes, hot drinks will also be supplied.

Our Book Club meets every 2 months, to discuss a book based around wellbeing.
In this meet-up, we're going to be discussing "Stillness is the Key"" by Ryan Holiday.
Reiki Level 1 Training
Reiki is a safe, gentle, and relaxing healing method which can be learned and used easily by anyone.
Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by "laying on hands" and is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive.
Meeting the Season of Autumn Day Retreat at Jupiter Artland
Join us for a day retreat at the beautiful location of Jupiter Artland.
Arriving at 9.30am for a 10am start, we’ll begin with a meditation to help us tune into our surroundings. During the morning we’ll have a guided walk around some of the art installations with Qi Gong and meditations taking place in the beautiful grounds.

This week-by-week approach builds a progressive and holistic understanding of Five Element Qi Gong, integrating mind and body awareness for sustained wellbeing.
Community Yoga - 4-Week Block - Bo'ness
June’s yoga classes emphasise comfortable movement and are suitable for everyone. The approach is gentle with everyone working to their own ability. We use yoga postures as a framework to accommodate many healthy movement patterns but without ambition to arrive in a perfect yoga pose, although we often incidentally do.

This are an introductory sessions for Qi Gong. Qi Gong can be used as a complementary treatment for various common ailments. Practicing Qi Gong can help to improve overall health and wellbeing and reduces mental and physical stress.

Strength and Stretch with Andrew: 4-week Block - Bonnybridge
Combining both bodyweight and stretching exercises, this class will help to strengthen your muscles whilst improving your flexibility.
The class will involve an upper and lower body section where every bodyweight exercise is followed up with stretching in between.
The exercises can be modified to match your fitness levels.
Lunch Club - Bonnybridge
Join us for a monthly Lunch Club - a time to get together to socialise over some food. We know that many people eat lunch alone - perhaps you work from home, or you live by yourself. Eating can be a communal occasion.

Worm Moon Rest & Restore Circle - Bonnybridge
Take some time to really rest, and restore your body and mind, with a rest & restore session themed around the Worm Full Moon.
Join us for some gentle restorative yoga poses, followed by a Yoga Nidra (deep relaxation meditation). This session will be gentle and accessible.
Garden Installation Party - Bonnybridge
We received funding from the Kelvin Valley and Falkirk CLLD Fund to hold a series of creative workshops, to make a variety of different items for our outside space. Themes of the workshops include recycling (and upcycling), reducing waste and promoting circular economy principles. We also received funding to do some work on our garden space.

This workshop is "Flip Your Lid: Garden Signage".
Repurpose old beer bottle and jar lids into vibrant and functional garden signage in this practical eco-friendly workshop.
Come along to help create some weather-resistant signage for the garden space. You will design your own letter and assemble it by layering the different lids to create a 3D effect.

We will begin the event with some gentle somatic movements before resting for a while in our restorative postures. This session is accessible to anyone who can get down onto the mat - we don't keep standing up and getting back down - once you're down, we stay there until the end of the session!

This workshop is "Guardians of the Garden".
Transform our green space into a mystical outdoor gallery. Come along to this practical workshop where you will design an image and decorate a round or oval upcycled metal tray. Using vibrant hand cut vinyls, you’ll create striking images including faces and protective "guardian" representations including the evil eye symbol.
