We're holding a Quiz Night to raise money to decorate our centre, and to celebrate our Community Interest Company turning 6!

We're coming together on Saturday 8th August 7-9pm for a Quiz Night. In teams of 6 you'll play for some amazing prizes (yet to be decided, perhaps they'll be imaginary?). You can either join up as a team, or sign up individually as we'll be putting some teams together. It's £10 per person (£60 per team) - hot and soft drinks and snacks will be provided. Join me for an extended sauna and swim session in June.

We have the sauna booked from 7-9pm, go between the sauna, the lake - or cold bucket or cold shower - as many times as you like. Hot drinks and snacks will also be available.

This is being held at The Wild Sauna Company at Lake of Menteith - enjoy the experience of hot and cold therapy - great for both physical and metal wellbeing.
