Getting Unstuck Workshop: Bonnybridge
Feeling stuck, overwhelmed or unsure of your next step? This workshop offers a gentle, supportive space to pause and reflect. Together we’ll explore what it means to feel “stuck,” how acceptance can ease the pressure to force change, and how small, intentional shifts can create a big impact in your life.
Move to the Music- Adult Class: Bonnybridge
A themed class to music with lots of movement and dance moves. Full of high energy and guaranteed to have lots of laughs.
This month the theme is Halloween - dress up if you want to - the choice is yours!
This class will burn with all the fun. Wear comfortable clothes and bring along some water.
Sarah from Balanced Academy will be the facilitator for this class.
Sunday Mindfulness: Bonnybridge
An invitation to come together and practice mindfulness meditation.
There are many benefits attributed to mindfulness practice. Both physical and mental health have been shown to improve, for example:

Our Craft Cafes are a space for relaxation and companionship. Come along and bring your craft to work on. If you haven't got anything to work on you could do some colouring in or papercraft or you may want to have a cuppa and a blether whilst watching others create. We will have some crafting materials available for a donation.
Reiki Level 2 Training
Reiki II is the practitioner-level course for advancing Reiki skills, open only to those who have completed Level I training. The course deepens treatment techniques, introduces core symbols, and prepares students for professional practice, including distant healing.

In this workshop, you'll be making Handmade Felted Christmas Cards.
Create you own stylish 3D Christmas trees cards using recycled green felt, rainbow coloured wool and mini pompoms. You can then add a personalised message inside using ink and rubber stamp letters.

Sometimes we can fight against winter – for some of us it may be our least favourite season, and we rail against the shorter days and the coldness. But the invitation in this Yoga Nidra is to relax into it. To accept it – maybe even to enjoy it.
No experience is needed. Simply lie down, get comfortable, and be guided into a state of deep relaxation.

In this workshop, you'll be making Wire & Bead Festive Decorations.
Create a unique festive decoration in the shape of a Christmas tree or star using wire work then bring it to life by decorating it with lots of tiny brightly coloured beads to resemble festive lights.
An Evening of Rest & Relaxation - Bonnybridge
Join Jen and Susie for an evening of deep rest and relaxation.
We will begin the evening with some gentle somatic movements before resting for a while in our restorative postures. This session is accessible to anyone who can get down onto the mat - we don't keep standing up and getting back down - once you're down, we stay there until the end of the session!
Wellbeing Sauna, Dip & Movement (Lake of Mentieth)
Join Phil & Susie for a wellbeing sauna experience. This is being held at the Lake of Mentieth - enjoy the experience of going between the sauna and the Lake, for hot and cold therapy - great for both physical and metal wellbeing.

Connecting with the Earth with Drumming and Yoga Nidra: Bonnybridge
Join Susie and Morag for an inspiring evening of drumming with hand-held frame drums and Yoga Nidra meditation.
This session we will be connecting with our Earth energy. The frame drum is an excellent way for you to ground yourself and feel fully present in your body.

Strength and Stretch with Andrew: 4-week Course - Bonnybridge
Combining both bodyweight and stretching exercises, this class will help to strengthen your muscles whilst improving your flexibility.
The class will involve an upper and lower body section where every bodyweight exercise is followed up with stretching in between.

This Yoga Nidra is all about welcoming in autumn – at this time of year we start to feel a change in the air, and sometimes we can be resistant to this change. We want summer to last longer – or perhaps we’re already forgetting what the heat of the sun feels like on our skin. In our Nidra we tune into some of the joys of Autumn, which helps us to drop the resistance to this change in season.
