An Introduction to Shibashi Qi Gong: 4-Week Block - Bonnybridge
This is an introductory course for the Shibashi Qi Gong movements. Shibashi translates to "18" in Mandarin, as there are 18 moves that make up this set. Although this particular set was created in the 1980's, Qi Gong is an ancient practice which combines breathing techniques with physical exercises.

5 Animal Qi Gong: 4-Week Block - Bonnybridge
Five Animal Qi Gong, also known as Wu Qin Xi, is an ancient Chinese exercise and healing technique that mimics the movements and qualities of five animals: the tiger, deer, bear, monkey, and bird. Each animal's movements are designed to improve physical and mental health by targeting specific organs and elements in the body.

Strength and Stretch with Andrew: 4-week Course - Bonnybridge
Combining both bodyweight and stretching exercises, this class will help to strengthen your muscles whilst improving your flexibility.
The class will involve an upper and lower body section where every bodyweight exercise is followed up with stretching in between.

All About Autumn - Afternoon Retreat in the Nurture Yurt

This Yoga Nidra is all about welcoming in autumn – at this time of year we start to feel a change in the air, and sometimes we can be resistant to this change. In our Nidra we tune into some of the joys of Autumn, which helps us to drop the resistance to this change in season.

We'll be starting our journey together on Tuesday 7th October 7.30-8.45pm, meeting weekly for 5 weeks. The live sessions will be recorded, so if you cannot make it live you will be able to catch up.
The 28 days are broken down into 4 stages:
Reset - giving the body a chance to reset
Nourish - bringing in some self-care
Growth - starting to make changes from a rested place
Wisdom - when we feel more rested, we can listen to our inner wisdom.

An Evening of Rest & Relaxation - Bonnybridge

We will begin the evening with some gentle somatic movements before resting for a while in our restorative postures. This session is accessible to anyone who can get down onto the mat - we don't keep standing up and getting back down - once you're down, we stay there until the end of the session!

A sound bath with Gongs is a chance to experience deep feelings of relaxation. It will enable your body to be lulled into a deep meditative state. The instruments will include Tibetan and Crystal Singing Bowls, Gongs, Koshi Chimes, Percussion, Shamanic Drum and Healing Voice.
