We have received funding from the Kelvin Valley and Falkirk CLLD Fund to hold a series of creative workshops, to make a variety of different items for our outside space. Themes of the workshops include recycling (and upcycling), reducing waste and promoting circular economy principles.

Weekly Wellbeing Walk
Join us for a weekly wellbeing walk. We know that being in nature can really boost our physical and mental health, yet it can be hard to get into a routine of going outside regularly.
Susie is holding weekly wellbeing walks, in different locations around Falkirk. Join her (and her dog Phin) for a walk that will be a little under an hour long - getting outside in all weathers!
Strength and Stretch with Andrew: Bonnybridge
This is a group PT class. It's ideal for those who may not have moved much for sometime, or perhaps have difficulties with mobility.
Combining both bodyweight and stretching exercises, this class will help to strengthen your muscles whilst improving your flexibility.
The class will involve an upper and lower body section where every bodyweight exercise is followed up with stretching in between.
Festive Yoga Nidra - on Zoom
In this Yoga Nidra the focus will be on the festive season - bringing in themes of Christmas, and holidays. Join me in a winter wonderland, where anything can happen.
Yoga Nidra is a deep relaxation meditation, designed to get you to that place between being awake and being asleep - where the magic can happen.
Move to the Music: Bonnybridge
A themed class to music with lots of movement and dance moves. Full of high energy and guaranteed to have lots of laughs.
This month the theme is a "Hogmanay Bash" - dress up if you want to - the choice is yours! Come and dance off some of Christmas, in that funny time in-between Christmas & New Year.
This class will burn with all the fun. Wear comfortable clothes and bring along some water.
Wolf Moon Rest Circle - Bonnybridge
Held in the afternoon, with the Wolf Moon expected to appear before we leave the session (fingers crossed!), this afternoon is going to be a lazy start back following the festivities, and will help us welcome in this brand new year.
The Wolf Moon, is the first full moon of the year and serves as a symbolic fresh start.
Sauna & Dip (Lake of Mentieth)
Join Susie & Phil for a Sauna & Dip experience. Yes - the water will be cold, but the sauna will be hot! This is a great time of year to really experience the benefit of hot / cold therapy. You are in complete control of how long you spend in the water (and you don't have to go in at all).

Mindfulness Day of Practice: Bonnybridge
As we step into 2026, this is an opportunity to put the busyness of Christmas and New Year behind us and reflect on the year ahead.
The day will be in silence, removing yourself from all the distractions of daily life and settling into stillness.

Get in the festive spirit by making this cute little Scandi gnome using recycled cardboard, curtain rings, colourful yarns and macrame style knots, then finish him off with a handmade golden star.

Join Susie and Morag for an inspiring evening of drumming with hand-held frame drums and Yoga Nidra meditation.
This session we will be connecting with our Earth energy. The frame drum is an excellent way for you to ground yourself and feel fully present in your body.

Our Craft Cafes are a space for relaxation and companionship. Come along and bring your craft to work on. If you haven't got anything to work on you could do some colouring in or papercraft or you may want to have a cuppa and a blether whilst watching others create. We will have some crafting materials available for a donation.

Join us for a monthly Lunch Club - a time to get together to socialise over some food. We know that many people eat lunch alone - perhaps you work from home, or you live by yourself. Eating can be a communal occasion.
Our monthly Lunch Club is held on the first Wednesday of every month.

An Introduction to Qi Gong: 4-Week Block - Bonnybridge

An Evening of Rest & Relaxation - Bonnybridge
Join Jen and Susie for an evening of deep rest and relaxation.
We will begin the evening with some gentle somatic movements before resting for a while in our restorative postures. This session is accessible to anyone who can get down onto the mat - we don't keep standing up and getting back down - once you're down, we stay there until the end of the session!

Create a unique festive decoration in the shape of a Christmas tree or star using wire work then bring it to life by decorating it with lots of tiny brightly coloured beads to resemble festive lights.

Sometimes we can fight against winter – for some of us it may be our least favourite season, and we rail against the shorter days and the coldness. But the invitation in this Yoga Nidra is to relax into it. To accept it – maybe even to enjoy it.
No experience is needed. Simply lie down, get comfortable, and be guided into a state of deep relaxation.
