Lunch Club - Bonnybridge
Join us for a monthly Lunch Club - a time to get together to socialise over some food. We know that many people eat lunch alone - perhaps you work from home, or you live by yourself. Eating can be a communal occasion.

Meander, Meditate & Make - Denny
Start your weekend off by joining a small group of women for a Meander, Meditate & Make wellbeing session. Led by Caroline Muirhead, a local artist (Green at Heart Art Studio, Dunipace) and Susie Hooper, a wellbeing facilitator & founder of Pause & Breathe, Bonnybridge, you are invited to leave the busyness of life behind for a few hours for a powerful combination of nature, nurture & relaxation.

The retreat includes a day-trip to Jupiter Artland, with time to walk round the outside sculptures, swim in the art deco pool and have lunch together in their private Bothy.

An Evening of Rest & Relaxation - Bonnybridge

An Introduction to Shibashi Qi Gong: 5-Week Course - Bonnybridge
This is an introductory course for the Shibashi Qi Gong movements. Shibashi translates to "18" in Mandarin, as there are 18 moves that make up this set. Although this particular set was created in the 1980's, Qi Gong is an ancient practice which combines breathing techniques with physical exercises.
