Move To Feel Movement

  • The Place to Pause & Breathe 83 Broomhill Road Bonnybridge, Scotland, FK4 2AT United Kingdom (map)

Our FREE Wellbeing session this week is "Move To Feel Movement" with Ailsa Lochhead from Move To Feel.

Move To Feel combines movement, wellbeing, and creativity. It's a playful practice for everyone, where you will explore your movement and imagination led by live guidance and music.

You will receive silent disco headsets so that the music and directions come straight to your ears, creating a feeling of safety and fun.

The session will take you on a journey from stillness, through movement, and back to rest.

Participants' words after a recent session: "I don't actually ever dance these days and I am defiantly not good at art, but I can't believe how much I loved that. I felt so safe and I haven't had that much fun in a long time."

Our Free Wellbeing Sessions are held every Friday morning in The Place to Pause and Breathe, Bonnybridge. These have been funded via Falkirk Communities Mental Health and Wellbeing Fund. These sessions are held on an ongoing basis by Pause & Breathe, and we are delighted to welcome a range of guest facilitators throughout the year. You can come to all of them, or drop in and out. Please do book though, so we know how many people to expect.

The sessions will be held in The Place to Pause & Breathe, on Fridays, from 10am-11am. After the session there is the option to stay until 11.30am for refreshments.  Click here to book in.
