Our Friday Morning Wellbeing session this week will be "Qi Gong", held by Susie from Pause & Breathe.

Qi Gong is a beautiful practice, which brings breath and body together. It's possible to practice sitting down, adaptations for movements will be shared to accommodate this. In this session we'll be learning five movements from the Shibashi Set, which make up 5 elements - helping us to keep in balance.

Please bring some cash for a donation. There's no set amount, and if you cannot afford to donate anything at all you're still very welcome to join us.

This session will be held on Friday 3rd May from 10-11am. There's an invitation to stay until 11.30am for a cuppa, snack and a chat. Click here to book in.

Meet your facilitator:

Susie worked as a Social Worker within Criminal Justice for 20 years, and is passionate about helping people to make difficult changes. Since the beginning of 2017, Susie has been delivering mindfulness within her local community in Falkirk. She co-founded Pause & Breathe CIC with her husband, Phil Blackburn and is delighted to have opened The Place to Pause & Breathe in Bonnybridge, and The Place for Martial Arts & Wellbeing in Bo'ness - bringing people together in community.
