Relaxing Sound Bath

  • The Place to Pause & Breathe 83 Broomhill Road Bonnybridge, Scotland, FK4 2AT United Kingdom (map)

Our FREE Wellbeing session this week is "Relaxing Sound Bath" with Morag Wylie from Sound Balance Scotland.

Come and join Morag of Sound Balance Scotland for an hour of deep relaxation with her magical sound healing instruments including Tibetan and crystal bowls, gongs, drums, wind chimes, native american flutes and other instruments designed to entrain your brainwaves into a relaxed state.

Not suitable for anyone with Sound Induced Epilepsy, first trimester of pregnancy, unmanaged Bipolar disorder or psychosis. A sound bath should not be undertaken under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs. If you have any health conditions please let me know in advance so that I can adapt my playing to suit your needs.

Our Free Wellbeing Sessions are held every Friday morning in The Place to Pause and Breathe, Bonnybridge. These have been funded via Falkirk's Community Mental Health and Wellbeing Fund. These sessions are held on an ongoing basis by Pause & Breathe, and we are delighted to welcome a range of guest facilitators throughout the year. You can come to all of them, or drop in and out. Please do book though, so we know how many people to expect.

The sessions will be held in The Place to Pause & Breathe, on Fridays, from 10am-11am. After the session there is the option to stay until 11.30am for refreshments. Click here to book in.
