This workshop is not only about self-acceptance, but is celebrating those things that make us unique – the things that we sometimes call flaws.
We probably have all heard the old adage “nobody’s perfect”, but have we ever really stopped to allow those words to sink in. Just to hear them as they are – without an accusatory tone, or as an apology – just as they are – “nobody’s perfect”. How does it feel when you say them to yourself?
In this workshop we’re going to start by thinking about what perfection means to each of us – we’ll have some journaling time to explore this, then we’re going to move into self-acceptance and consider how to listen to the wisdom of our bodies.
Susie from Pause & Breathe is the facilitator for this session.
This is being held on Friday 11th July 10-11.30am. The session costs £5 to attend. Hot drinks and snacks will be available. If the price means you're unable to attend, please email: susie@pauseandbreathe.co.uk to see if we have funds available in our pay it forward scheme. Click here to book
