Chair Yoga - Friday Wellbeing

Chair yoga is an accessible style of yoga, that offers all the benefits of yoga in a gentle and non-impact way. It can help to improve flexibility, circulation, and joint mobility without strain. It supports balance, posture, and muscle strength while remaining accessible for everyone. Just as important, it calms the nervous system, helping reduce stress and improve focus through mindful breathing and controlled motion.

Audrey Gray from Yoga with Audrey will be the facilitator for this session.

This session is being held on Friday 13th March 10-11.30am, in The Place to Pause & Breathe, Bonnybridge.

These sessions are free, as they have been funded by Falkirk Communities Mental Health & Wellbeing. They are designed to support participant's overall health and wellbeing, increasing community connections and reducing loneliness. Although they are free, please only book in if you are definitely attending as numbers are limited. Meet Your Facilitator:

Audrey has been teaching yoga for Pause & Breathe for over two years, bringing a warm and welcoming presence to every class she leads. She is passionate about creating an inviting space where students feel supported to explore their practice and cultivate both inner and outer strength and resilience.
