Listening Within Workshop: Free Friday Wellbeing - Bonnybridge

  • The Place to Pause & Breathe 18 High Street Bonnybridge, Scotland, FK4 1DA United Kingdom (map)

Exploring intuition, inner wisdom and the third-eye chakra.

Taking time to pause and listen within can help us connect with what feels right for us, and hear our own voice among the many demands of everyday life.

In this workshop, we’ll explore intuition through the third-eye chakra, reflecting on balance and our capacity to see ourselves more clearly. An indigo meditation and a heart-mapping exercise will invite us to notice what arises and connect with our inner wisdom.

We’ll finish with a relaxation focused on clarity and self-understanding, allowing time to rest and let the experience settle. You’re welcome to come as you are, with curiosity and an openness to listening to yourself.

Susie Hooper from Pause & Breathe CIC will be the facilitator for this session.

This session is being held on Friday 4th December 10-11.30am, in The Place to Pause & Breathe, Bonnybridge.

These sessions are free, as they have been funded by Falkirk Communities Mental Health & Wellbeing. They are designed to support participant's overall health and wellbeing, increasing community connections and reducing loneliness. Although they are free, please only book in if you are definitely attending as numbers are limited. If you do book in and then can't make it please cancel your booking, as we may have people on the waiting list.
