Exploring Change - Friday Wellbeing

  • The Place to Pause & Breathe 18 High Street Bonnybridge, Scotland, FK4 1DA United Kingdom (map)

Do you ever have a nagging sensation that you need to change something, but you're not sure what? Or perhaps you know WHAT you need to change, but you're not sure WHEN to make the change. Changing too early can feel like quitting, but staying too long might lead to feeling stuck.

Fear of failing - or being seen to fail - can mean that we stay too long in jobs, relationships, or situations that we know clearly aren't working out.

How can we make the decisions that are right for us?

Join Susie & Clare for a workshop to fully explore change. You'll be given tools that you can take away and use again and again.

This is being held on Friday 13th June 10-11.30am. The session costs £5 to attend. Hot drinks and snacks will be available. If the price means you're unable to attend, please email: susie@pauseandbreathe.co.uk to see if we have funds available in our pay it forward scheme. Click here to book
