This session is for anyone who is curious about how you can support your sense of wellbeing and calm through exploring the use of Mudras and Mantras from a yoga perspective.
No experience necessary, we will journey at a pace allowing for learning, sharing and experiencing with ease.
Mudras in the context of placing your hands into specific shapes and patterns to work with balancing and stimulating energies on a subtle level. Mantras will be explored with guided sounds whether a syllable or a word(s) sometimes also called chanting. We will practice words from the one of the worlds root languages of Sanskrit. We will also play with bringing these 2 practices together.
Lindsey Porter from YogaNuU will be the facilitator for this session.
