Self-love isn’t about becoming someone different — it’s about learning to relate to yourself with more kindness, respect and understanding.
In this gentle, supportive one-hour workshop we’ll explore what self-love really means, using a simple and compassionate definition: valuing yourself as a human being who is worthy of care, growth and belonging. We’ll look at how self-compassion and forgiveness can soften the way we treat ourselves, notice the “negative filter” many of us carry, and begin to loosen its grip. We’ll also explore how building a little more flexibility — in our thinking, expectations and self-talk — can create space for greater ease and self-acceptance.
This session is for anyone who feels tired of being hard on themselves and is curious about starting a kinder, more supportive relationship with who they are. You don’t need to have it all figured out — just a willingness to show up and begin.
Susie will be the facilitator for this session.
