Exploration of the Senses

  • The Place to Pause & Breathe 83 Broomhill Road Bonnybridge, Scotland, FK4 2AT United Kingdom (map)

Our FREE Wellbeing session this week is "Exploration of the Senses" with Susie from Pause & Breathe and Lindsey from Yoganuu

Exploring the senses through movement and mindfulness. In this session we lean into our senses of smell, sight and taste. We'll share some meditations, some activities and some movement to help us be truly present.

Our Free Wellbeing Sessions are held every Friday morning in The Place to Pause and Breathe, Bonnybridge. These have been funded via Falkirk Communities Mental Health and Wellbeing Fund. These sessions are held on an ongoing basis by Pause & Breathe, and we are delighted to welcome a range of guest facilitators throughout the year. You can come to all of them, or drop in and out. Please do book though, so we know how many people to expect.

The session takes place from 10-11am, with an open invitation to stay until 11.30am for a hot drink and a snack. Click here to book in.
