Our FREE Wellbeing session this week is "Relaxing Yoga Flow" with Kerrie Kallus from Healing Flow.

This session offers an opportunity to join for some gentle stretching, breathing techniques and meditation. Helping to reduce stress levels and improve general wellness.

There is no experience or fitness levels required to come along. You are welcome exactly as you are.

Wear something comfortable.

Our Free Wellbeing Sessions are held every Friday morning in The Place to Pause and Breathe, Bonnybridge. These have been funded via Falkirk Communities Mental Health and Wellbeing Fund. These sessions are held on an ongoing basis by Pause & Breathe, and we are delighted to welcome a range of guest facilitators throughout the year. You can come to all of them, or drop in and out. Please do book though, so we know how many people to expect.

The session takes place from 10-11am, with an open invitation to stay until 11.30am for a hot drink and a snack.

Meet your facilitator:

Kerrie qualified as a Yoga Teacher in June 2023, with a 500 hour Yoga Scotland Teaching Diploma. Kerrie has many years lived experience around neurodiversity, healing stress and illness with her body and mind. Kerrie has a passion to share what she has learned on her journey through yoga. Kerrie has volunteered with fdamh, completing mindfulness and suicide awareness courses. For now, Kerrie continues on her journey learning and sharing more on how to bring inner peace, balance and love to all.
