Kundalini Yoga to Harness the Full Moon Energy

  • The Place to Pause & Breathe 83 Broomhill Road Bonnybridge, Scotland, FK4 2AT United Kingdom (map)

Our FREE Wellbeing session this week is "Kundalini Yoga to Harness the Full Moon Energy" with Jenny from Yoga Links.

Whether you are a complete beginner or an advanced yoga practitioner, come and experience this 60 minute kundalini yoga practice that will work with February's full moon energy. This will include asana (yoga postures and movement), pranayama (breath work), and mantra meditations (devotional chanting).

This comprehensive yoga practice is a quick way to shift our energetic state, and access deeper states of intuition and consciousness during the energetic portal of the full moon.

If you can't sit on the floor, a chair will be provided and any physical movements amended to that anyone with a body will be able to enjoy and receive the benefits of this beautiful practice.

Our Free Wellbeing Sessions are held every Friday morning in The Place to Pause and Breathe, Bonnybridge. These have been funded via Falkirk Communities Mental Health and Wellbeing Fund. These sessions are held on an ongoing basis by Pause & Breathe, and we are delighted to welcome a range of guest facilitators throughout the year. You can come to all of them, or drop in and out. Please do book though, so we know how many people to expect.

The session takes place from 10-11am, with an open invitation to stay until 11.30am for a hot drink and a snack. Click here to book in.
