Reflexology - Friday Morning Wellbeing Session

  • The Place to Pause & Breathe 18 High Street Bonnybridge, Scotland, FK4 1DA United Kingdom (map)

Reflexology is one of the most powerful natural therapies for counteracting stress and tension. It’s easy to use and deeply relaxing and works on the bodies power to heal itself.

There are thousands of pinhead sized reflex points on the feet and hands, each relating to different organs, functions and parts of the body. In reflexology pressure is applied to these points to stimulate the nervous system and corresponding part of the body. Reflexology is most effective when given to the feet, as they are more sensitive. However it can also be given to the hands or the face. The hands are an ideal way to give yourself some self-help.

Join us to learn a short relaxing routine with some tips to help treat some common ailments.

Caroline will be the facilitator for this session.

This is being held on Friday 9th May. 10-11.30am. The session is donation-based. There's no set amount to donate - it's whatever feels affordable for you. Hot drinks and snacks will be available. Click here to book.
