Wheel of Life - Friday Morning Wellbeing Session

Join Susie for a session to explore the wheel of life. This is a group coaching session, helping you to make sense of where you are in life right now - the things that are going well, and the things you might want to change.

The Wheel of Life is a coaching tool, splitting your life into different categories so you can see areas of strength and areas where you may hope for growth. At the end of the session you'll have some clear intentions about how you would like to move forward.

Susie from Pause & Breathe is the facilitator for this session.

This is being held on Friday 6th June 10-11.30am. The session is donation-based. There's no set amount to donate - it's whatever feels affordable for you. Hot drinks and snacks will be available. Click here to book

Meet Your Facilitator:

Susie worked as a Social Worker within Criminal Justice for 20 years, and is passionate about helping people to make difficult changes. Since the beginning of 2017, Susie has been delivering mindfulness within her local community in Falkirk. She co-founded Pause & Breathe CIC with her husband, Phil Blackburn and is delighted to have opened The Place to Pause & Breathe in Bonnybridge and The Place for Martial Arts & Wellbeing in Bo'ness - bringing people together in community. Susie is a Mindfulness Coach, a certified Daring to Rest Facilitator and a Qi Gong instructor. Her approach is trauma-sensitive, and she is an advocate of giving participants choice in everything she offers.
