Five Element Qi Gong is a mindful movement and breath practice that aligns the body’s energy (Qi) with the natural cycles, using the five elements: Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal, and Water. Each element corresponds to specific organs, emotional qualities, and energetic intentions. A weekly approach allows a deeper exploration and embodiment of each element’s movements and benefits.
This week-by-week approach builds a progressive and holistic understanding of Five Element Qi Gong, integrating mind and body awareness for sustained wellbeing.
