Blue Moon Rest Circle - Bonnybridge

  • The Place to Pause & Breathe 18 High Street Bonnybridge, Scotland, FK4 1DA United Kingdom (map)

A rare Blue Moon - which means it's the second moon within a calendar month - it won't actually be blue (shame!). It is also a micromoon - at its furthest away point from Earth it may appear smaller and dimmer than usual.

Explore the themes of this full moon, followed by a Yoga Nidra (deep relaxation meditation) themed around this moon. This moon is in Sagittarius, linking to themes of expansion, wisdom, freedom and a higher purpose. Blue Moons are rare - so setting an intention at this time can have additional strength. We'll spend the first part of the circle exploring the themes of this moon, setting some intentions and considering our big goals. We'll then have a Yoga Nidra themed around this Full Moon.

Susie from Pause & Breathe is the facilitator for this session.

This Circle will be held on Thursday 29th May 7-8.30pm. It's £15 to come along, with a reduced rate for anyone who would struggle to pay the full amount. There is the opportunity to contribute to our pay-it-forward scheme, helping to subsidise our reduced rate spaces. You can do this by paying an additional £1. If you are able to, please select this option. Just pick the rate that best fits your financial circumstances. Members of The Place to Pause & Breathe can get 10% off as part of their membership - just use your code at checkout. Click here to book
