Blue Moon Sauna & Circle (Lake of Menteith)

  • The Wild Sauna Company Karma Hotel, Lake of Menteith Stirling, Scotland, FK8 3RA United Kingdom (map)

It's rare to find two full moons in the same calendar month, and when we do it's called a Blue Moon (unfortunately it doesn't mean that the moon will be blue).

Join me for a sauna and dip on the night of May's second Full Moon for a circle in the open air.

We have the sauna booked from 4-5pm, go between the sauna, the lake - or cold bucket or cold shower - as many times as you like. After the sauna we'll gather for a circle, with hot drinks and homemade snacks provided. I'll share a little about why we celebrate the full moon and we'll have some intention setting for the month ahead. Being out in nature helps us to more fully connect to our intentions for the month ahead.

This is being held at The Wild Sauna Company at Lake of Menteith - enjoy the experience of hot and cold therapy - great for both physical and metal wellbeing. This sauna is in a beautiful setting by the only lake in Scotland.

This being held by Susie from Pause & Breathe. It's £28 per person to join us, which includes access to the sauna, hot drinks and homemade snacks, and the Full Moon Circle. There is the opportunity to contribute to our pay-it-forward scheme, helping to subsidise our reduced rate spaces. You can do this by paying an additional £1. If you are able to, please select this option. Click here to book in.

This will be held on Sunday 31st May 4-6pm. Please bring whatever you need for the sauna - you'll need swimwear, water shoes if going into the lake, and bring two towels
