Blue Moon Sauna & Circle (Newton Mearns)

  • Eastwood Forest Sauna, Langlee Road, Newton Mearns, Glasgow, Scotland, G77 6RX United Kingdom (map)

It's rare to find two full moons in the same calendar month, and when we do it's called a Blue Moon (unfortunately it doesn't mean that the moon will be blue).

Join me for a sauna and dip on the night of May's second Full Moon for a circle in the open air.

We'll start with a little bit of movement, out in the open air - this will be a little bit of Qi Gong and perhaps some Nia Dance. After the sauna we'll gather for a circle, with hot drinks and homemade snacks provided. I'll share a little about why we celebrate the full moon and we'll have some intention setting for the month ahead. Being out in nature helps us to more fully connect to our intentions for the month ahead.

This is being held at Eastwood Forest Sauna - enjoy the experience of going between the sauna and cold tubs, for hot and cold therapy - great for both physical and metal wellbeing. This sauna is in a beautiful setting in the woods, we'll have the site to ourselves for 2 hours.

This being held by Susie from Pause & Breathe. It's £35 per person to join us, which includes access to the sauna, hot drinks and homemade snacks, the movement and the Full Moon Circle. There is the opportunity to contribute to our pay-it-forward scheme, helping to subsidise our reduced rate spaces. You can do this by paying an additional £1. If you are able to, please select this option. Click here to book

This will be held on Sunday 31st May 4-6pm. Please bring whatever you need for the sauna - you'll need a swimwear, you might like flip flops or sandals and two towels.
