Community Yoga - 7-Week Block: Bonnybridge

Suitable for all abilities and a perfect introduction for beginners to yoga, this Gentle Vinyasa Flow is designed to help you connect with your breath, build mindful movement, and restore balance to body and mind.

Whether you're brand new to yoga or simply craving a slower pace, this class offers a supportive environment where you can move with intention and feel good in your body. Each session guides you through gentle sequences that link breath with movement—building flexibility, reducing stress, and cultivating a sense of calm.

No experience needed. Just bring your breath, an open heart, and a willingness to show up for yourself. Ease you into your Saturday feeling grounded, refreshed, happy and relaxed.

Audrey from Yoga with Audrey will be the facilitator for some of these sessions, with Kerrie from Healing Flow taking the ones where Audrey is on holiday. Kerries will be covering on these dates: 23rd May; 27th June; 4th July.

Our Community Yoga classes in Bonnybridge take place every Saturday 11am-12pm. These classes are subsidised by Pause & Breathe and cost only £5 per session to attend. This is the start of a 7-week block - booking for the block gives one session for half price. The 7-week block costs £32.50 to attend. There is the opportunity to contribute to our pay-it-forward scheme, helping to subsidise our reduced rate spaces. You can do this by paying an additional £1. Meet Your Facilitators:

Audrey will be your facilitator for these sessions. Audrey is a Mum (Teenage boy, a German Shepherd and a Ginger cat) Wife, Events Manager, and Core Strength Vinyasa Yoga Teacher. She teaches yoga because it's helped her through tough times, and she wanted to share the empowering and calming beauty of CSV yoga with you, to help you find strength on and off the mat.

Kerrie set up healing flow with love and inspiration following on from her own spiritual healing journey. Alongside lived experience of chronic pain. A heartfelt journey of neurodiversity Kerrie furthered her knowledge on ways to help others support and recconect with their own unique wellness journey. Kerrie went on to complete her reiki masters followed by studying and gaining her qualification with Yoga Scotland Teacher Training. Kerrie holds weekly healing flow yoga and mediation classes and holds retreat days in various locations throughout the year. Kerrie is well known for her calming, grounding energy and her calm soothing voice.
