Community Yoga - Free Taster - Bo'ness

June’s yoga classes emphasise comfortable movement and are suitable for everyone. The approach is gentle with everyone working to their own ability. We use yoga postures as a framework to accommodate many healthy movement patterns but without ambition to arrive in a perfect yoga pose…….although we often incidentally do.

The whole session is structured to be quite meditative with time spent noticing the breath and the ground.

These are Community Yoga classes, subsidised by Pause & Breathe to make these sessions more accessible financially.

The sessions take place in The Place for Martial Arts & Wellbeing in Bo'ness on Tuesdays from 1.30-2.30pm. This is the first session and is being offered as a free taster. Future classes will be £5 per session, with a reduction for booking a block. Click here to book

June Mercer from June's Yoga will be the instructor for this class.

Meet Your Facilitator:

June Mercer is a member of Yoga Scotland who has been enjoying teaching yoga locally since 1992. Having taught yoga holidays in India, France, Turkey and Crete, June now runs a yoga week in Orkney and a weekend in Skye annually. June’s long time and current teachers are John Stirk and Gary Carter……. both renowned, inspirational teachers to whom she is deeply grateful ??
