Connect to your Inner Fire with Drumming and Yoga Nidra

  • The Place to Pause & Breathe 83 Broomhill Road Bonnybridge, FK4 2AT United Kingdom (map)

Join Susie and Morag for an inspiring afternoon of drumming with hand-held frame drums and Yoga Nidra meditation.

In this session we will be connecting with our Fire energy. The frame drum is an excellent way to invigorate and inspire you allowing you to connect with your inner fire. We will start connecting with some basic rhythms and have some fun with our drums.

Frame drums and shakers supplied but you are also welcome to bring your own. Suitable for beginners and experienced drummers alike.

After a short break for a hot drink and cake, you will then get the chance to relax as Susie takes you on a journey with a yoga nidra guided meditation (“yogic sleep”).

Please make us aware if you have any health conditions that may be affected by drumming. These include pacemakers, defibrillators, stents, first trimester of pregnancy, bipolar disorder, psychosis. Drumming should not be undertaken under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs.

Our afternoon takes place on Sunday 9th June 2-4.30pm.

The cost of the afternoon is £30, which includes hot drinks and snacks. Our concessionary rate for those in receipt of their pensions / students / on lower incomes is £24. We have two reduced rate spaces at £15. Please pick the one that best fits your circumstances.   Click here to book in.
