Emerging from Stillness Yoga Nidra - on Zoom

As winter begins to loosen its hold, this Yoga Nidra supports gentle renewal. We’ll rest deeply while sensing the subtle growth already happening within, inviting warmth, energy and vitality to return — even before anything is visible.

Yoga Nidra is a deep relaxation meditation, designed to get you to that place between being awake and being asleep - where the magic can happen.

This session is being held by Susie online on Tuesday 24th February 8.45-9.30pm. It's £7 to attend, we have a reduced rate if this is unaffordable. If you would like access to the recording for 30 days after the session, to listen to again as many times as you'd like to, select the £10 option for this. There is the opportunity to contribute to our pay-it-forward scheme, helping to subsidise our reduced rate spaces. You can do this by paying an additional £1. If you are able to, please select this option. Click here to book
