Tuning Forks for Sound Healing Part 2

  • The Place to Pause & Breathe 18 High Street Bonnybridge, Scotland, FK4 1DA United Kingdom (map)

Tuning Forks are amazing, powerful sound healing instruments: they are light, portable and quiet, making them suitable for use in all sorts of environments. They can be used in quiet, holistic centres, you can pop one in your handbag or take a set in your suitcase on holiday so that you always have some healing tools to hand.

They have the ability to aid sleep, reduce stress, quieten an overactive mind, balance the chakras as well as being an excellent first aid tool for sprains, strains and tight muscles.

Comments from previous workshop participants:

"I love the way Morag teaches: everything is broken down into a way that you understand. She holds space for you and makes sure everyone is included and feels safe. She delivered an amazing weekend and I'm looking forward to learning more with her" G D, Bathgate

"Since getting covid, I've struggled with a cough and breathing. It was getting a bit better, but I need to use an inhaler and the pains in my joints, restless legs and sleeping patterns have been horrendous. Every morning I've woken up coughing and spluttering for months. I've had a very positive outcome from the weekend as I've never coughed. I managed to take my 2 dogs out for a walk last night with no inhaler and I used my C & G tuning forks before going to bed. I slept like baby with no pain. For this, I'm truly grateful to have the knowledge of the tuning forks. I couldn't have done it without the knowledge of the course which was amazing. Thank you, thank you, thank you Morag. " EM

"Thank you Morag. Your knowledge and experience is invaluable. I really can't thank you enough. Of all the training courses I have attended, this one definitely tops it." PR

"Morag is wonderful. Natural, friendly and her delivery of the course was incredible. I felt safe and nurtured and supported. Morag is very natural and made the course very fun and enjoyable. I loved it." AB, Cumbernauld

"I felt like I really learned a lot in a short space of time. I liked the combination and balance of background information, giving and receiving sound. It was relaxing and fun"
