Flower Moon Sauna & Circle (Lake of Mentieth)

  • The Wild Sauna Company, Port of Mentieth, Lake of Mentieth Stirling, Scotland, FK8 3RD United Kingdom (map)

We're heading outside to celebrate this month's full moon (the flower moon). Join me for a sauna and dip on the night of May's first Full Moon for a circle in the open air.

We'll start with the sauna and dipping - going between the sauna and Lake as many times as you'd like to. After the sauna we'll gather for a circle, with hot drinks and homemade snacks provided. I'll share a little about why we celebrate the full moon and we'll have some intention setting for the month ahead. Being out in nature helps us to more fully connect to our intentions for the month ahead.

This is being held at the Lake of Mentieth - enjoy the experience of going between the sauna and the Lake, for hot and cold therapy - great for both physical and metal wellbeing. Don't forget that sauna users get 15% discount off food and drink at the hotel if you want to come early and have dinner beforehand.

This being held by Susie from Pause & Breathe. It's £28 per person to join us, which includes access to the sauna for an hour, plus hot drinks and homemade snacks. There is the opportunity to contribute to our pay-it-forward scheme, helping to subsidise our reduced rate spaces. You can do this by paying an additional £1. If you are able to, please select this option. Click here to book

This will be held on Friday 1st May 7-9pm. Please bring whatever you need for the sauna and lake - you'll need a swimwear, water shoes and two towels.
