Intentions Yoga Nidra - on Zoom

Before this Yoga Nidra (deep relaxation) starts, we'll do a written exercise to form an intention for the year ahead. This is not a resolution - it's not about eating less and moving more, but it's more about how you would like to live your life - the values that are important to you.

After you've created your own intention (sankalpa), we'll have a Yoga Nidra practice to help embed it. Yoga Nidra is a deep relaxation meditation, designed to get you to that place between being awake and being asleep - where the magic can happen.

Bring paper and pen, and then have somewhere warm and cosy where you can lie down and be comfy.
