Ninjas in the Woods - Martial Arts & Bush-Craft Skills in Rough Castle Woods

  • Rough Castle Woods Location TBC (map)

Phil has teamed up with John from Well Wild for a session for children and adults in the woods. Children over the age of 5 are welcome to come along. If they are not members of our Martial Arts club, they will need to be accompanied by an adult.

The sessions will cover:

  • Martial Arts

  • Bush-craft Skills

  • Lunch cooked on the campfire.

Being in nature is so restorative, yet we often don’t spend enough time in the open air, exploring all that nature has to offer.

This will be a lot of fun. We ask participants to wear black, so that they can be true ninjas!

This session will be held on Sunday 21st April 11am-2pm, in a location in Rough Castle Woods. Due to parking restrictions, we will meet at The Place to Pause & Breathe in Bonnybridge at 10.45am and travel together.

The cost is £25 per person - whether adult or child. If you’d like to attend but cannot afford this we have two reduced cost spaces at £15 per person. Costs include hot drinks and snacks, and lunch – let us know if you have any dietary requirements. Click here to book in.
