Wellbeing Book Club: Online

Our Book Club meets every few months, to discuss a book based around wellbeing.

In this meet-up, we're going to be discussing "Walking in the Woods"" by Professor Yoshifumi Miyazaki : "Go back to nature with the Japanese way of shinrin-yoku".

A synopsis of the book:

"Shinrin-yoku or 'forest-bathing' was coined in Japan in the 1980s and means to immerse yourself in the atmosphere of the forest. Discover the myriad of benefits that are gained from a gentle walk in the woods, from strengthening the immune system to measurable reducing stress levels and improving mood."

Fancy joining us? It's just £7 to come along. Everyone is welcome. This is held on zoom - so you can join from the comfort of your own home. Don't forget to bring a cuppa with you! There is the opportunity to contribute to our pay-it-forward scheme, helping to subsidise our reduced rate spaces. You can do this by paying an additional £1. If you are able to, please select this option. Click here to book

We'll be meeting on zoom on Monday 14th Setpember 7-8pm. This session is facilitated by Susie.
