Pilates - 5-Week Block- Bonnybridge

Pilates is a low impact fitness class that focuses on controlled, strength based exercises. Pilates places special emphasis on core strength but provides an overall body workout which tones your muscles. Benefits include; improved flexibility, balance and posture.

Dianne Inglis will be the instructor for this class.

This is for a block booking of five sessions, starting on Monday 14th July. Sessions run from 11am-12pm. Booking for the block gives you one session for half price. Dianne has been teaching Pilates for 20 years and works with all fitness abilities she can tailor the class so everyone can get involved, she believes movement is key to better health and wellbeing, Pilates is for everyone!
