Join us for a weekly wellbeing walk. We know that being in nature can really boost our physical and mental health, yet it can be hard to get into a routine of going outside regularly.
This walk is being led by our volunteer Jonny.
It is free to join for the walk, but please book a space so we know who to expect. Click here to book Dogs are welcome, as long as they can be in the company of other dogs.
This week we're walking down the shore in Bo'ness, meeting at the Union Street Car Park. Do wear good footwear, and clothing appropriate for the weather conditions. We won't be walking fast, but a having a moderate fitness level would be helpful. We will walk to the pace of the slowest walker - so don't worry about being left behind!
We'll be meeting in the Union Street Car Park on Thursday 12th February at 10.30am, and walking for around an hour together.

Jonny has been volunteering with Pause & Breathe since the start of 2025. He helps with admin tasks, and is the regular volunteer for our wellbeing walks.
