  • Annotspace, The Yoga Social, The Foundry, Iron Mill Bay, Charlestown, Dunfermline, Scotland, KY11 3DP United Kingdom (map)

Qi Gong is an ancient practice which combines breathing techniques with physical exercises.

Qi Gong can be used as a complementary treatment for various common ailments. Practicing Qi Gong can help to improve overall health and wellbeing and reduces mental and physical stress.

In this session we'll learn a 5 element flow, when we practice with all five elements it brings a sense of balance to the body and mind. Although Qi Gong is usually practiced from a standing position, all of these moves can be adapted to do from a chair.

This is a 5-week block, starting Wednesday 11th November 11-11.45am. This is being held in Annotspace, the beautiful Yurt in Charlestown, Fife. Please note that there is no session on 25th November, the block finishes on 16th December.
