Reconnecting with Wonder: Exploring Awe - on Zoom

Awe is something many of us recognise, but rarely pause to explore.

In this gentle online workshop, we’ll take time to reconnect with moments of awe in our own lives—those experiences that stop us in our tracks, shift our perspective, or quietly remind us of something bigger.

Drawing on research alongside personal reflection, we’ll explore the many ways awe shows up—from nature and music to human connection and everyday moments. There will be space for guided practice, reflection, and optional sharing.

We don't need to chase big experiences to feel awe - it's all about tuning in to what's already present. This workshop will help you to reconnect with that sense of wonder we probably all remember from childhood.

This session is being held by Susie online on Monday 15th June 7-8pm. It's £10 to attend, we have a reduced rate if this is unaffordable. The recording will be available to everyone who signs up for 30 days after the event. There is the opportunity to contribute to our pay-it-forward scheme, helping to subsidise our reduced rate spaces. You can do this by paying an additional £1. If you are able to, please select this option. Our online and Bonnybridge members can enjoy a 50% discount for this event. Click here to book
