Spring Yoga Nidra

Spring is the time of New Beginning and rebirth.

We think about winter as a time for reflection, and spring is the season where we put the ideas that we’ve been formulating into action.

Spring can be a time of great energy – but often in this season we forget to rest, we’re so impatient to get things done. Yoga Nidra can bring in a sense of balance for us during this season of increased energy – helping us to rest and rejuvenate, and then after the practice we might be brimming with energy again, ready for a beautiful, Spring day.

Yoga Nidra is a deep relaxation meditation, designed to get you to that place between being awake and being asleep - where the magic can happen.

This session is being held by Susie. It's £7 to attend, we have a reduced rate if this is unaffordable. If you would like access to the recording for 30 days after the session, to listen to again as many times as you'd like to, select the £10 option for this.
