Join us for a Study Group to explore "Standing at the Edge" by Joan Halifax.
"Finding freedom where fear and courage meet".
Written by Joan Halifax, who is a Buddhist teacher, Zen Priest and anthropologist. She has identified five psychological experiences that she calls Edge states - altruism, empathy, integrity, respect and engagement. It is only when we stand at these edges that we become open to the full range of human experience and discover who we really are.
