This is a group PT class for women. It's ideal for those who may not have moved much for sometime, or perhaps have difficulties with mobility.
Combining both bodyweight and stretching exercises, this class will help to strengthen your muscles whilst improving your flexibility.
The class will involve an upper and lower body section where every bodyweight exercise is followed up with stretching in between.
The exercises can be modified to match your fitness levels. Andrew gives lots of adaptations for each exercise - so you don't need to get onto the floor, if this isn't available for you.
A mat is all that is required for this class - bring your own, or use one of the centre's.
These sessions are being held on the 1st and 3rd Saturday of every month.
Andrew will be the facilitator for this class.

Andrew is a Personal Trainer, working from his home gym in Denny for over a year now and has been at the Stirling Highland Hotel as a fitness instructor for 3 years. In addition to this, he has taken classes at the William Simpson Care Home in Plean and at Strathcarron Hospice for their members of staff.
