Join us for a Study Group to explore "Make Life Happier" by Dr Mark Williamson (Co-Founder and Director of Action for Happiness).
"23 practical ways to feel better, find meaning and make a difference".
Synopsis of the book:
This book can't change your life, but you can. This book is more than a guide to feeling better; it's an invitation to join a growing movement of people to live differently. Because lasting happiness comes not just from caring for ourselves, but from caring for each other. Whatever your situation, you can do something - and you can start today.
The Study Group will meet weekly for 8 sessions, starting on Monday 6th July 6.30-7.30pm. Sessions will take place on zoom. There is no session on 10th August, so we finish on 31st August. As it's over the summer, the expectation is that you may not make every session - just come to the ones you can.
The study group costs £50 to join, we also have a couple of reduced rates for anyone who otherwise could not afford to come along. Please pick the rate that best matches your circumstances. Pause & Breathe members can enjoy at 10% discount, when booking using their membership code. There is the opportunity to contribute to our pay-it-forward scheme, helping to subsidise our reduced rate spaces. You can do this by paying an additional £1. If you are able to, please select this option. Click here to book
