This creative workshop blends spiritual insight and visualisation with creative techniques to help you focus and supercharge your goals.
During this 4 hour workshop we invite you to come with an intention of where you would like your life to head in the coming months or perhaps years.
We will have a welcoming opening circle with a cuppa and chance to chat about what to expect. The main part of the workshop will be given over for you to create your vision board with materials provided although please bring pictures/postcards or any other images that you may wish to put on your person board. There will be plenty of opportunities for a chat and a cuppa.
To help embed the process that has taken place for you, we will have a guided visualisation by Tracy.
