Welcoming Spring Afternoon Retreat in the Salt Caves

  • Health Booster Ltd Salt Caves, 55 Nasmyth Avenue Glasgow, Scotland, G75 0BE United Kingdom (map)

Join me for a special afternoon retreat, held in the Salt Caves.

We'll have some gentle movement together, a Yoga Nidra and some time to enjoy a silent meditation in the amazing atmosphere of the salt caves. This afternoon is themed around welcoming Spring. We'll end with an afternoon tea together (dietary requirements can be catered for - please check with us if you're unsure).

Salt Caves (known as halotherapy) are good for respiratory and skin issues, helping to clear airways, reduce inflammation, and improve conditions like asthma, allergies, eczema, and psoriasis by inhaling microscopic salt particles; they also offer stress relief and relaxation in a tranquil setting.

The caves have comfortable chairs, so you can stretch out and relax fully - enjoying the experience on offer.

This will take place on Sunday 15th March 1-4pm. It's £59 to join me, which includes your afternoon tea. Please let me know if you have any dietary requirements. This session is being facilitated by Susie from Pause & Breathe and is limited to 7 participants. There is the option to pay an additional £1, which goes toward our pay-it-forward spaces. Click here to book
